Three phase 63 Ampere ATS Automatic Transfer Switch

SUBTECH make auto changeover/Automatic transfer switch is used to select supply between Main Utility & Genset, first priority for mains utility. When Gen. is running and main supply is suddenly resumed, then connected load is automatically shifted on mains within 5 sec. Suppose if mains utility will fails then load will transfers on available second utility automatically after few seconds. Our ATS is manufactured with smart new technology of Contactor “Pre-Magnetic Contactor” with zero probability of Coil burning. This contactor operates with DC supply that’s why this contactor coil is not burning on low & high voltage range. Pre Magnetic Contactor provide Smooth switching over wide range of voltages.

In case of unavailability of any phase out of three phases, output will be given by ATS from any available phase. This feature is used on DG as well as Mains Mode.
No time delay as Changeover time for genset to mains is 1 second.
Genset start time on account of failure of Mains supply will be 7 second & Main resumption time is 5 second.
Removes problem of sparking & burning because of usage of PMC in switching.
Inbuilt SMPS supply to operate the circuit.
